Your fundamental right is to request, at any time, confirmation as to whether the controller is processing your personal data. If we process your personal data, you have the right to request one copy of all personal data that we process about you. If you discover that the data being processed is inaccurate, you have the right to request that your personal data be corrected. If you believe that we are not processing your personal data lawfully, you may exercise your right to erasure of your personal data. Finally, if you are dissatisfied with anything or believe that we have not handled your request as we should have, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

We would like to emphasise that, regardless of your relationship with the controller, exercising any of these rights will not place you at any disadvantage, and the controller will not treat you any less favourably in the future as a result of your having exercised them. It is in our interest to process personal data lawfully and properly and not to infringe your rights. If you have any doubts as to whether we are succeeding in doing so, we would appreciate it if you brought them to our attention.
